Site Setup
– This may consist of setting up a subdomain with its own WordPress installation or adding the plugin into an existing site.

Building the Order Form
Form would be built using a plugin called Ninja Forms (required addons – Multi-Step forms and Layout & Styles)
Form will consist of at least 12 product fields (with quantity/pricing options) and user email address field. NOTE: email field could be omitted – the form would use the email attached to the user’s account
Form will consist of two pages (multi-step form) with page 1 being the order form and page 2 the summary and ‘submit’ button
On submission, the form sends emails to the user and administrator with the for results (order)$315-
